We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because Give Back Books are digital products with instant access, our refund policy is slightly different from physical goods.

If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, and refund questions.

Returns

All Give Back Books purchases are delivered as digital downloads immediately after checkout. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

Non-returnable Items

We’re here to help if something isn’t right. Refunds or replacements may be considered if you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your file, you receive a corrupted or incomplete file, or you were charged incorrectly. In these cases, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

SUPPORT

If you need help accessing your files or have any questions, please reach out to us at hello@givebackbooks.ca. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and will do our best to ensure you receive your purchase successfully.

DUPLICATE PURCHASES

If you accidentally purchased the same book more than once, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will review and may issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
